Meet Ash
After years at a desk, being inactive, feeling bored and physically sore, Ash embarked on a transformative path to improve her health. Never one to do things by halves, extensive lifestyle changes led to injuries, surgery and rehab – inspiring a career switch to become physiotherapist.
Without a lifelong sports involvement, Ash empathises with the challenges of chronic pain, and incorporating movement into daily life, and understands that not everyone has an athletic background.
Ash’s career change led to her studying at Curtin University, graduating with a BSc Exercise, Sports & Rehabilitation Science, and Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT).
Ash offers Physiotherapy in the following areas:
Musculoskeletal and Sport Injuries
Chronic pain management
Vertigo and BPPV
Cardiopulmonary management and rehabilitation

Ash combines manual therapy and exercise prescription with education and tools for clients to self-manage their conditions, empowering them to actively participate in their own care. Clients are treated holistically – treatment plans are personalised, with attention paid to the whole person, their needs and goals.
When not helping clients, Ash enjoys downtime socialising with friends, travel, and quality snuggles with her pets..
